ARCH “A Guide to Fair Housing Seminar”
McAllen- The Advocacy Resource Center for Housing takes pleasure in announcing “A Guide to Fair Housing Seminar”, the 2nd annual event. “A Guide to Fair Housing” will take place at the Club at Cimarron on August 25, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
A Guide to Fair Housing Seminar will give Landlords, Justices of the Peace, Realtors, Police Departments, and many others the opportunity to learn about the new changes in landlord/tenant Rules/Laws in the Texas system for 2010. Our guest panelists, including an attorney, will present and answer any inquiries about landlord/tenant laws and changes, fair housing issues, reasonable housing accommodations, return of security deposits, seizing tenant property, landlord duty to repairs, etc., and how this will affect the landlord/tenant relationship. Enjoy dinner and dessert while listening to these interesting topics.
Seating is limited, so reserve your seat today! Seats can be purchased from ARCH members Christian Garza (956) 225-4579 or Janie Maldonado (956) 624-4006 or by calling ARCH at (956) 631-4277.
