Public Invited to Grand Opening of New Spray Ground Park

The City of McAllen Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to invite the public to the Grand Opening Ceremony for the 29th & Zinnia Park. The newest addition to McAllen's park system features McAllen's first spray ground park. The park has a multitude of amenities including a sand volleyball court, shade structures, a half basketball court, athletic practice fields and a walking trail. The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 10 a.m.
